Lanzhou Beef Noodle Popular in 40 Countries and Regions

40 years of efforts have paid off. Lanzhou Beef Noodle has expanded from dozens of eateries to a presence in 40 countries and regions.; It is currently a major business with more than 40,000 eateries and a huge market of RMB80 billion in annual revenues, truly becoming “China’s No. 1 Noodle”. It is Gansu’s local cuisine brand and a symbol of Lanzhou, the provincial capital.


With the Belt & Road Initiative implemented, Lanzhou Beef Noodle has started to grow rapidly. It is going global. With its development as an industry and its role of leadership, it has formed a massive industry chain that integrates the relevant industries in the upstream and downstream and expands to R&D, technical training, production and processing, logistics and distribution, and chain-based operations.


Chairman of Lanzhou Beef Noodle Industry Association, said, “Efforts will be made to develop enterprise brands in the direction of “standardization, industrialization, and globalization” by emphasizing “scale and standardization” with human resources training as support and adopting the development model of investment entity diversification, chain-based operations, and brand development characterization. We will develop a Lanzhou Beef Noodle industrial system covering China and the whole world and integrating R&D, technical training, production and processing, logistics and distribution, and chain-based operations.
