The unexpected epidemic at the beginning of the New Year changed the training plan of Yuzhong County. In view of the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, Yuzhong County has taken the initiative to adjust its working ideas in a timely manner, which meets the needs of enterprises to resume work and employment and the technical needs of farmers to resume farming and increases the people's income. Breaking the traditional training mode, Yuzhong County has combined online theoretical learning with offline home-based practice, which improves people's employment skills and facilitates employment.

During the epidemic prevention and control, labor skill training has changed from "offline mode" to "online mode" based on the work idea of "stopping classes without stopping learning". The training schools have been actively mobilized to use live webcast platforms including Vibrato and Kuaishou and recorded teaching videos to train students for professional skills in Chinese cooking, computer, beauty and hairdressing, etc. It is learnt that six training institutions have carried out online trainings in six majors since the implementation of "online training", accumulating more than 3,500 trainees.

To ensure the smooth implementation of "offline training" after the epidemic is lifted, Yuzhong County has carried out a comprehensive survey on the needs of labor training. In addition, it has made the major settings and contact information of various training institutions and the skill training websites launched by the National Development and Reform Commission and other institutions into color pages and distributed them to villages and towns. Yuzhong County has motivated the village package cadres, village community cadres and village-based work teams and other forces in the villages and towns, taken advantage of their opportunity for epidemic prevention in the village to carry out all-round publicity and strive to identify the people's skill levels, training needs, and intentional time through a thorough survey. According to preliminary survey, 1,669 people have training requirements, involving 11 majors such as excavators, welders, Chinese cooks and car drivers.
