Recently, the reporter learned from the Yuzhong’s implementation plan of "Ten Exquisite Projects" that the Yuzhong government would carry out the "Ten Exquisite Projects" in an all-round way to undertake a series of representative and exemplary exquisite projects for improving basic functions, highlighting the quality of the city, and meeting the needs of the people, so as to make the management of urban planning and construction more exquisite, and to let the comprehensive urban management advance by leaps and bounds in the next three years.

To carry out the "Ten Exquisite Projects", the Yuzhong government will learn from Qingdao’s experience in urban planning and construction management, stress the essentials, carry out excellent projects in a timely manner, improve project quality, and comprehensively advance the construction of the projects in the county and in larger areas. The government hopes to promote the concept of "prudent management, co- management, and rule of law" in urban planning, construction, management and services in three years so that the high-quality exquisite projects will fully demonstrate Yuzhong’s external competitiveness.

With the goal of "improving community environment, improving living conditions, highlighting the core values of society, and improving the sense of well-being and security of home owners", the Yuzhong government will accelerate the renovation of old buildings, carry out building brightening projects, improve the integrated property service quality, implement trash sorting, build smart residential communities, enhance the management of community (yard) environment so that there is no sewage, exposed garbage, littered waste, and dead branches and leaves on the ground, prune dead branches, remove the dirt on gas tanks, transformer boxes, distribution boxes, sports facilities, etc., strengthen facade renovation, make sure that the facades are clean and their colors are coordinated, strengthen order management, clean the elevators and passageways, make sure nothing is piled in the passageway, make sure that the items inside and outside yards are stacked neatly, cables are tied neatly without the possibility of falling, create a better atmosphere of "co-building", highlight community residents' pact, and implement the policy of keeping good social order in a designated area outside the unit building.

The Yulong government will focus on solving the problem of dim bright street lamps, uneven roads and dirty environment; improve and renovate the facilities in alleys; improve the overall effect; make sure that the color matching of buildings’ fa？ade is reasonable; standardize plaques to show the good image of Yuzhong to the outside; make sure that there is no illegal construction, road-occupying operation, and haphazard posting, doodling, hanging and piling; make sure the parking space is reasonably delineated; make sure the gas tanks, transformer box, distribution box, communication base stations, machine rooms, isolation belt guardrails and other facilities are neat, clean and well-functioning; make sure that the electrical wires and cables are neat without the possibility of falling; make sure that the wire poles stand erect without any safety hazard; make sure that the greening areas are effectively managed and the green plants are reasonably matched and taken good care of; make sure that there are no dead branches and leaves on the ground; make sure that the dead trees should be removed and new trees should be planted in time; and make sure that the community service center, kindergarten, fitness venue and other sites function well.
