On April 15^th, Lanzhou City held a national security education day publicity activity to popularize national security knowledge and enhance citizens' independent awareness of national security through online and offline channels.

At the scene, a series of publicity boards specially produced and launched by relevant departments were particularly eye-catching, covering national security law, anti-terrorism law, law of keeping state secrets, network security law and other relevant laws, attracting passers-by to watch. In front of the counter, the staff of relevant departments distributed booklets for the Constitution, the National Security Law, the Anti-Terrorism Law, the Anti-Secession Law and other laws and regulations, and explained on-the-spot around the overall national security concept and its great significance, public security, biosafety, environmental security and other non-traditional security knowledge.

It is reported that in order to create a national security education and publicity atmosphere, Lanzhou City has been closely focusing on "adhering to the overall national security concept, coordinating traditional security and non-traditional security, and providing a strong guarantee for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way" since the beginning of the month and carried out the publicity and education activities of National Security Education Day 2020 on the glass curtain wall of super high-rise building, outdoor advertising LED screen, public transport display screen, various portal websites, news apps and other media to circularly broadcast the short videos, slogans and public service advertisements of national security education, and publicize national security related knowledge. Offline publicity mainly took communities (villages) as the main battlefield. Different counters were set up in the city for publicity. Through setting up on-site publicity boards, distributing publicity materials, setting up national security legal advisory counters, rich and diverse publicity and education activities were carried out, further enhancing the national security awareness of the whole society, and promoting the formation of a strong joint force to maintain national security.
