Walking into the exhibition hall, the first thing you will see is the rows of special beef noodle bowls, filled with pepper, radish, chopped green onions and other indispensable seasonings for beef noodles. All kinds of beef noodle theme posters are hanging above the exhibition hall. There are vivid sculptures describing the production craft of beef noodles on the stage, chopsticks, pillow, cloth bags, books… are all designed with the theme of beef noodle. Visitors either stop to savor the works, or take photos with their favorite cultural and creative works, or discuss and communicate with the authors on the spot. The atmosphere is very active.

This exhibition aims to enhance the brand image of beef noodles, to conduce to the development of beef noodle industry in Lanzhou. Since the solicit contributions on June 20, we received 1128 original works of international students from Italy, UK and other countries and original works from designers throughout the country. More than 230 works have been selected for the exhibition after the evaluation of experts.

The sculpture "Yimianyuan, New silk road" is very popular with the visitors. The sculpture shows the splashing scene when the noodle enters into the water, it shows the unique charm of beef noodles with this instantaneous scene. The sculptor Tian Yuze graduated from the department of sculpture, academy of Art & Design, Tsinghua University, he designed 12 serial beef noodle pieces in 4 years He said, He said, "the processing technology of beef noodles is exclusive in China. I chose to create in this way, thus forming a series of beef noodles sculptures named Yimianyuan. Seeing the beef noodle culture from different aspects in many outstanding works today also inspires me a lot, this is such a meaningful exhibition. “
