  Lian Hao was born in Honggu District, Lanzhou City in 1995. He was born with a congenital disability in his right hand. In order to exercise and keep away from diseases, 5-year-old Lian Hao went to the table tennis court.

  In 2007, Lian Hao was selected into the national team to practice with the main players;

  Since 2009, Lian Hao has monopolized the champion of the national disabled table tennis championship for six years, and has been the main force of the national team;

  In 2010, he won the silver medal of men's singles in T10 and the gold medal of team in TT9-TT10 in Guangzhou Asian Paralympic Games;

  In 2011, Lian Hao won the gold medal of TT10 singles at the 8th National Games for the disabled;

  In 2012, at the London Paralympic Games, Lian Hao won the fifth place in TT10 men's singles and the gold medal in TT9-TT10 men's team. So far, at the age of 17, Lian Hao has become the double champion of the Asian Paralympic Games and the Paralympic Games;

  In 2014, Lian Hao won two gold medals in TT9 men's singles and TT9-TT10 team at the National Table Tennis Championships for the disabled; And won the men's TT9-TT10 team gold medal and individual bronze medal in the Argentine disabled table tennis open;

  In 2015, Lian Hao won two gold medals in TT9-TT10 team and TT9 singles in Jordan disabled table tennis open; And won the team gold medal and singles bronze medal in the Jordan disabled table tennis Asian Championship;

  In 2016, Lian Hao won the men's TT9-TT10 team gold medal and the fourth place in singles at the Rio Paralympic Games;

  In 2017, he participated in the ITTF disabled table tennis Asian championship, the world disabled table tennis Thailand open and the Spanish disabled table tennis open, and won 6 gold medals.

  In addition, Lian Hao has also won many honors: in 2010, he was awarded the honorary title of "2007-2010 national advanced individual in sports for the disabled" by the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the State General Administration of sports; After the 2012 London Paralympic Games, he was awarded the "May 4th" youth medal by the Provincial Youth League Committee; After the 2014 Asian Para Game in Korea, he was awarded the "model worker of Gansu Province" by the Provincial Federation of trade unions; In 2015, he was recorded as a first-class merit by the provincial government after the Ninth National Paralympic Games; After the 2016 Brazilian Paralympic Games, he was recorded as a first-class merit by the provincial government.
