  China Lanzhou News Network on September 25 (all media reporter Wei Ning and Li Nan) On September 25, the “Longjian Cup” Cyber Security Summit Forum opened in Lanzhou New District. Experts and scholars from all over the country gathered to discuss new challenges, new trends and new technologies in the field of cyber security in the digital age.

  This forum, an important content during the first “Longjian Cup” Cyber Security Competition, invited academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, domestic famous experts and scholars, and well-known Internet companies to discuss and exchange ideas on new trends and technologies in cyber security. At the forum, Wu Jiangxing, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, gave a report entitled The Paradigm of Endogenous Safety and Security Development in Cyberspace. From the perspectives of paradigm-based security technology development reviews, common security issues in cyberspace, the difficulties of current cyber security development paradigms, security development paradigms in cyberspace, and the dynamics of endogenous safety and security development paradigms, Wu Jiangxing elaborated the importance of cyber security and proved that the contradiction between “openness and security, advancement and reliability, autonomous controllability and security credibility, and functional security and cyber security” can achieve a high degree of unity under the guidance of the new development paradigm.

  With the theme of New Advances in Artificial Intelligence Security, Yu Nenghai, Executive Dean of Cyber Security School of China Science and Technology University, explained in detail the impact of the rapid development of artificial intelligence on cyber security from the development background and main threats of artificial intelligence, the three-dimensional meaning of artificial intelligence security, and representative technical forms of artificial intelligence security. He believes that the security risks brought by artificial intelligence are increasingly prominent in society, and ethics, technology, and legislation are facing severe challenges. We should promote the application of artificial intelligence within the framework of legal norms to better serve economic and social development. Guo Qiquan, first-level inspector and deputy director of the Cyber Security Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, Zou Hong, deputy dean of the Big Data Research Institute of Fudan University, and Zhu Guobang, director of the 18th Division of the Cyber Security Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, gave thematic reports and lectures respectively.
