Anning District thoroughly implemented the spirit of the meeting of the Lanzhou Strong Provincial Capital Action Leading Group, quickly responded to the deployment, took the elderly meal assistance service as the core starting point of the people's livelihood project, created a "central kitchen + community canteen + elderly meal assistance" model, and actively built a 15-minute elderly care service circle to achieve standardization, scale and sustainable operation of meal assistance services.
Recently, walking into the "Beautiful Lanzhou Happiness Canteen" in Wanli Community, West Road Street, Anning District, there was a long queue in front of the dining window. In the transparent and open kitchen, the chefs are dressed in neat work clothes, skillfully handling ingredients and preparing lunch, and the whole process is clearly visible.
"The food here not only tastes good, but also cleans and hygienic, making people feel at ease and comfortable. The service is also considerate and thoughtful, which really provides great convenience for our elderly. Zhu Huizhen, a 74-year-old community resident, told reporters with a smile that she is a frequent visitor to the community canteen and comes here to eat at least two or three times a week.
In addition to providing meals, the "Beautiful Lanzhou Happiness Canteen" in Anning District also provides food delivery services. "Through project reconstruction and resource integration, we have created 20 standardized 'Beautiful Lanzhou Happy Canteens', upgraded and transformed 8 demonstration sites for elderly meal assistance, and built 3 'elderly care services + elderly meal assistance' demonstration institutions and 1 community embedded elderly care service facility. Liu Fang, deputy general manager of Lanzhou Qizheng Ecological Health Products Co., Ltd., introduced in an interview.
"We actively focus on the characteristic resources of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, carry out in-depth development and high-value utilization, and meet consumers' needs for healthy, natural and functional food by building a number of intelligent production lines." Liu Fang said that after the completion of the project, it will not only fill the gap in highland barley functional food in Anning District, form a new industrial chain, add jobs such as processing and logistics, but also promote the development of supporting industries such as packaging and e-commerce, promote diversified economic growth, and help rural revitalization.
Coming to the construction project site of Gansu Yurun hydrogen energy complete equipment manufacturing production line in Jiuhe Town, concrete pump trucks are working, and workers wearing hard hats shuttle back and forth.
"The project is invested and constructed by Gansu Yurun Engineering Heavy Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 100 million yuan, covering an area of 45 acres, a new production workshop of 12,000 square meters, a raw material and semi-finished product warehouse of 4,800 square meters, a distribution room, roads, greening and other areas of 16,800 square meters, and more than 60 newly purchased equipment (of which CNC machine tools account for one-fifth), which is expected to be officially put into operation in June next year. At present, the main body of the steel structure workshop has been completed. The project leader said.
The reporter learned that through equipment updates, the project selects new energy-saving equipment to replace some high-energy-consuming and low-efficiency production equipment, saves a lot of electricity, coal and other energy, enhances the production capacity of enterprises, enhances market competitiveness, and can effectively reduce production costs. After the completion of the project, a complete set of hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing industrial base integrating R&D and manufacturing of hydrogen energy special equipment will be formed, and the localization process of regional hydrogen energy equipment will be accelerated.
