It reserves production capacity for local merchants and achieves 24-hour rapid response through "digital intelligence + manual" customer service. Meanwhile, to ensure operations during the Spring Festival, the enterprise has introduced caring measures such as on-the-job retention bonuses, triple pay, and preparation of New Year's Eve dinners to stabilize the frontline team. It also strictly conducts safety inspections and parcel security checks to safeguard the entire process of mail delivery.
