With school-local cooperation and co-construction as a breakthrough, Qilihe District has focused on building a platform for the transformation of characteristic scientific and technological achievements, simultaneously strengthening service guarantee and capacity improvement, and promoting the agglomeration of innovative resources. Relying on the "Gansu Provincial Comprehensive Service Platform for the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements", a total of 150 technical demand tasks and 35 listed achievement tasks have been released, of which 21 have been successfully implemented; 2 scientific and technological achievement docking activities have been held, promoting the transformation of 10 key achievements, and 6 have been implemented.
In addition, it also actively cultivates pilot transformation carriers, and recommends Lanzhou University of Technology High-tech Achievement Promotion and Transformation Co., Ltd. to apply for a pilot base in the field of non-ferrous metal industry, which has been listed as a pilot base in Lanzhou City to provide support for the transformation of achievements.

In 2025, 12 science and technology plan projects and 4 young talent innovation projects will be recommended, of which 11 projects will be approved; cooperate with the Organization Department of the District Party Committee to recommend 1 Longyuan Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Project and 1 Key Talent Project in Gansu Province to escort talents.
