On March 5, on the occasion of the 63rd "Lei Feng Memorial Day" and the 25th "National Day for Protecting the Mother River", the 2026 Lanzhou City "Learning Lei Feng to Volunteer and Forge Ahead Together" theme activity and the volunteer service activity to protect the Mother River, jointly sponsored by the Social Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, and the Youth League Municipal Committee, and jointly organized by the Municipal Volunteer Service Federation and the Municipal Youth Volunteer Association, was launched on the side of Zhongshan Bridge.
