According to the county's climate and regional characteristics, Yongdeng County's spring sowing was first launched from Bitter Water Town in early March, carried out in chronological order from south to north, and was fully completed in Pingcheng Township in early May.
In terms of specific measures, Yongdeng County adheres to the principle of "three determinations and three mornings", optimizes and adjusts the planting structure, integrates technologies such as improved seed demonstration, scientific fertilization, green prevention and control, smart agriculture, and the application of new agricultural machinery, promotes the large-scale yield improvement of major grain crops, and establishes five high-efficiency agricultural industrial belts of 100,000 mu of high-yield corn, high-efficiency wheat, high-quality potatoes, dry-cropped wheat, and dry-cropped corn.
On the basis of stabilizing the grain sowing area and total output, the county vigorously develops facility agriculture, focusing on technology integration, improved seed demonstration, soil fertility improvement, smart planting, and the application of new agricultural machinery, and strives to build 50,000 acres of modern agricultural demonstration bases for seed industry revitalization, smart agriculture, new agricultural machinery application, facility agriculture, and efficient water saving, and establishes 10,000 acres of demonstration plots and 20 100 acres of demonstration squares, so as to drive agricultural production and efficiency with green and high-yield demonstration bases.
In the main grain-producing areas with water source security, Yongdeng County has promoted the construction of 10,000 acres of high-standard farmland with high quality, applied high-efficiency water-saving technology for drip irrigation under the film, and made every effort to promote technologies such as wide uniform sowing of wheat, full-film dense planting of corn, and high-ridge soil covering of potato mulch.
