Here, the 108-meter-long fully automatic production line only requires 8 people to realize topping, kneading, kneading, waking and 6 calendering processes, with a daily output of 360,000 barrels of instant beef noodles. The factory has independently developed multi-brand, multi-flavor and multi-price Lanzhou prepackaged beef noodles, and produced beef noodles, beef and soup packs and other related products in all categories.

"Diners only need to pour a bottle of water and enjoy the authentic taste of beef noodles. Compared with the handmade ramen in the store, the current beef noodle restoration degree made by machinery and equipment has reached 90%. Shi Yunhai, director of the factory, introduced that the factory produces standardized ingredients through the central kitchen, which is directly supplied to terminal stores by cold chain logistics, and the robotic arm will replace manual cooking noodles, ingredients and other links, greatly reducing labor costs.
Lanzhou locals often say that the essence of beef noodles lies in the soup base. No, the beef ramen produced in the beef noodle gigafactory has patented concentrated broth and local traceable ingredients in Gansu, and the raw materials such as high-gluten wheat, garlic sprouts, coriander, radish, and pepper are all from the surrounding areas of Lanzhou, ensuring the "original soup flavor" of beef noodles.

At present, the park has a number of prepackaged beef noodle brands such as Longcuitang, Lanbowang, Jincheng Gamanfu, Sibo Lake, Jincheng Tiger, etc., and the production products cover upstream and downstream products such as dough cakes, chili oil, seasoning packages, product packaging, etc., and the annual output value is expected to reach 3 billion to 5 billion yuan.
