With the theme of "Everyone Talks about Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency - Improving Disaster Prevention, Mitigation and Relief Capabilities", this event was hosted by the Office of the Gansu Provincial Disaster Prevention, Mitigation and Relief Committee and the Provincial Emergency Management Department, and undertaken by the Emergency Management Bureau of Lanzhou City and Chengguan District.
