On June 28, the finals of the "Jincheng Model · Yellow River Pioneer" Lanzhou Municipal Government Agencies Poetry Recitation Contest for the "July 1st" Musical Poetry Recitation Competition, hosted by the Working Committee of the Lanzhou Municipal Party Committee of the CPC Lanzhou Municipal Committee, were held at the Gansu Grand Theatre. Leaders from the Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee attended the event to watch and provide guidance, while outstanding Communist Party members, excellent Party affairs workers, and representatives of advanced grassroots Party organizations from municipal organs attended the event.

More than 60 teams and over 300 contestants from across the city enthusiastically signed up to participate. After multiple rounds of preliminary and semi-final selections and fierce competition, 11 outstanding teams emerged and advanced to the finals.

　　At the finals, each team closely followed the core theme of "Celebrating the Party's Glorious Journey and Demonstrating the Responsibility of a Strong Provincial Capital in the Era," using classic red pieces such as "A Letter Home," "To the Light of the 105th Anniversary," "Ode to the Party Spirit of the Yellow River, Iron Bridge Begins a New Journey," "The Eternal Voice," and "Original Aspiration and Watch," all accompanied by carefully choreographed background music and stage sets, presenting styles that range from passionate and majestic to deeply emotional and gentle. Everyone expressed their feelings through their voices and expressed their aspirations through recitation, fondly reflecting on the glorious century-long struggle of the Communist Party of China, vividly telling the moving stories of cadres and masses on the banks of the Yellow River who have taken root in their posts, worked diligently, and strived to build a beautiful Lanzhou in the new era.

　　The contestants' passionate and infectious performances won rounds of enthusiastic applause from the audience, bringing an immersive, scenario-based open class on ideals and beliefs to all Party members and cadres. The judging panel for this final conducted a comprehensive evaluation and fair scoring from four dimensions: recitation content, language expression, artistic appeal, and stage image. In the end, the Lanzhou Fire and Rescue Brigade team won first prize; The teams from Lanzhou Radio and Television Station and Lanzhou Education Bureau won second prize; The teams from Lanzhou Children's Activity Center, Lanzhou Culture and Tourism Bureau, and Lanzhou Public Security Bureau won third prizes, and four outstanding contestants received individual honors including Best Performance Awards.
