Night falls over the banks of the Yellow River, melodies soar along the shores of Jincheng. Since its opening in May, the 2026 Eighth Season 100-Day Music Showcase by the Yellow River has been performed daily at 19:30, lighting up Jincheng's nightscape with long-term, regular performances.

As a major cultural tourism brand deeply cultivated by Lanzhou for seven years, the eighth season of the Yellow River Banks 100-Day Music Showcase will continue to iterate and upgrade its content, launching diversified themed special events. At the same time, it will innovatively arrange five distinctive stages, spreading throughout the Yellow River scenic route, continuously upgrading business formats and optimizing performance scenes. Through multi-location, immersive riverside performances, it will enrich the public's nighttime cultural offerings, revitalize cultural tourism resources along the Yellow River, and effectively activate regional cultural tourism vitality.

This year's performances run from May to October, featuring two hours of premium performances daily, creating a regular, participatory, high-quality, and sustainable urban nighttime public cultural scene for citizens and tourists. Once focused on sightseeing, leisure, and strolling, the Yellow River banks have now transformed into the core check-in spots for Lanzhou's nighttime cultural life. Stopping after work to watch performances, enjoying riverside performances after meals, and checking in at night art shows have become a new leisure trend for citizens and a new way for out-of-town tourists to immerse themselves in Jincheng's urban landscape and cultural characteristics.
