The Yellow River surges forth, and the White Pagoda stands towering.

As the first ray of morning light in July bathes Jincheng, we usher in the solemn moment of celebrating the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. One hundred and five years is but a drop in the endless river of history, yet for a political party that always holds fast to its original aspiration, it represents a magnificent journey that has completely transformed the nation’s destiny. From the tiny red boat drifting amid the misty rain of South Lake to the towering great ship steering China steadily toward a promising future, every step of these 105 years forms an epic engraved with faith and a stirring anthem composed through hard work.

Standing at this glorious historical juncture, Lanzhou, the City of Gold, is offering its most sincere tribute to the Party's century-long journey in its own fervent and distinctive way.

Look—inside the memorial hall, the gazes of visitors cut through the smoke of history, bridging time to meet the heroic ancestors across the ages. Faded photographs, weathered cultural relics and immortal tales bring the footprints of the Long March and the bugles of liberation vividly before our eyes. Here, people comprehend the hardships behind "where we came from" and gain firmer resolve about "where we are bound for".

Listen — along the banks of the Yellow River, the waves of recitations accompanied by music surge in the evening breeze. Poem after poem, impassioned or soft and melodious, chants the red genes flowing in our veins and the unquenchable fire of ideals burning in our hearts. They are the echoes of history from strivers of the new era, and the most solemn promises made by later generations to their forebears.

Look—between the brushstrokes, every stroke depicts the inseparable blood bond that "both sides of the Taiwan Strait are one family"; inside the campus, children's smiling faces bloom like flowers, and their tender voices carry the most touching inheritance of the red revolutionary legacy.

One hundred and five years on, it is still in its prime.

Through these vivid frames of footage, we witness the enduring power of faith taking root on this land and the eternal flame of original aspiration being passed down from generation to generation along both banks of the Yellow River. Every transformation and every new look of Jincheng serves as a vivid footnote to the unremitting progress of this land under the leadership of the Party.

The journey ahead is long, and only hard work can carry us forward. Let us follow these frozen warm moments, revisit our ever-burning sincere original aspiration, draw surging momentum to forge ahead, listen to the resonant and powerful footsteps of this city marching in step with the great era, and jointly paint a magnificent new chapter of the times where "the banks of the Yellow River will become more beautiful".
